Who We Are

Boston Veterinary Clinic cares for Boston’s pets with one goal in mind – to help pets and their owners develop a powerful and enduring bond over a long and healthy life. We focus on prioritizing the patient, being passionately curious, and building impactful bonds. We do this with a team of experts who were chosen for their compassion and love for what they do. We believe pets are family, and we want to be “your other family doctor”.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunities Boston Veterinary Clinic has given me. I started off shadowing a couple of doctors and worked my way up through pretty much every role there is from the front desk to assistant/technician to now a doctor. The best decision for me was to come full circle and join the BVC team as a doctor. This company stands out in terms of patient care, the fear free experience, and employee well being, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

The BVC Way

At Boston Veterinary Clinic we believe in whole person development. We go beyond competitive benefits packages and wages to bring you continued education, work life balance and a supportive and collaborative environment. We work to make positions that work around you and your skillset and not the other way around. We are here to support you on your professional journey.

Career Development

Just as we reimagined the vet clinic and services, we also reimagined the workplace experience for our teams, focusing on smoother operations, a more holistic approach to veterinary medicine, opportunities for specialization, and better career trajectory. Without question, our model is working. We know that a happier, integrated, and well-supported team provides better and more compassionate care to the animals entrusted to us.

We started the BVC Career Program to help recruit and retain vetted, high-quality doctors who not only align with our philosophy and culture but will add to it.
